Vegan Choco-Peanut Fudge
A fudge recipe that is sure to please the whole family!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup natural peanut butter with no added sugar
- 1⁄4 cup Walden Farm Chocolate Syrup
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup Nutiva no-flavored Coconut Oil
- 1 scoop of Chocolate Raw Nutritional's Vegan Pro protein
- 3 tablespoons of Swerve
STEPS
- In a saucepan over low heat, add coconut oil. When oil is melted, reduce heat and add remaining ingredients to saucepan;
- Stir until smooth (maximum 3 minutes on the stove);
- In an airtight container, add parchment paper and add the mixture;
- Add a little peanut butter on top and refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting;
- Enjoy
