No-Bake Protein Reese's Cup
A Reese's recipe for a protein snack! !
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup gluten-free oats or oatmeal
- 1⁄4 cup almond flour
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup Walden Farm syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-2 tablespoons Swerve sugar
- 2 scoops of Protein Osmo Pharma Whey Recharge Peanut Butter Cookie
- 1⁄2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
STEPS
- In a bowl, combine one 1⁄2 cup peanut butter, Walden Farm syrup and vanilla;
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, almond flour, Swerve sugar, and peanut butter protein;
- Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until a dough forms;
- Place mixture in muffin pan about 3⁄4 of each pan for 6 to 8 servings;
- Place mixture in freezer for 15 minutes;
- Meanwhile, melt 1⁄2 cup chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons peanut butter and blend;
- Add chocolate mixture to muffin cups;
- Return the mixture to the freezer for 30 minutes;
- Serve and enjoy. Snacks can be stored in the refrigerator and/or freezer
