Birthday Cake extra Protein

Celebrating someone? Your guests will be delighted with this healthy, high-protein vanilla birthday cake.

INGREDIENTS


    Icing :

      • 1/3 cup light cream cheese
      • 2 tablespoons Icing Sugar Swerve 
      • 2 tablespoons 0% plain Greek yogurt
      • 1 teaspoon vanilla
      • 1 tablespoon

      STEPS

      1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter two medium ramekins or brie pans with coconut oil or pam;
      2. In a bowl, combine flour, protein, Swerve and baking powder;
      3. In another bowl, combine almond milk, coconut oil, egg and vanilla;
      4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix;
      5. Spread batter in both pans;
      6. Bake for 18-20 minutes;
      7. Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan;
      8. In a bowl, combine all ingredients for creaming, then set aside;
      9. Assemble: take one of the two cakes, then cut the top of the cake horizontally so that it is flat;
      10. Put a little icing on the cake, then put the second cake on top of the first;
      11. Add creaming and decorate to taste;
      12. CELEBRATE
