Double Chocolate Protein Bites
As a snack or as a desert, this little treat will satisfy your sugar cravings.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 scoop of Believe Transparent Isolate unflavored Protein
- 2 tablespoons of Stevia
- 1/4 cup Cocoa
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips semisweet
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 2 tablespoons of coconut
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of Nutiva Organic Coconut oil with butter flavor
- 3 tablespoons egg white
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Butter a mini-muffin pan with Pam or coconut oil.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, protein powder, stevia, cocoa, coconut flour, coconut, chocolate chips and baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix the coconut oil , egg whites and vanilla. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until you obtain a paste.
- Spoon batter into mini-muffin pans
- Bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes then let it cool down
