Double Chocolate Protein Bites

As a snack or as a desert, this little treat will satisfy your sugar cravings.

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Butter a mini-muffin pan with Pam or coconut oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, protein powder, stevia, cocoa, coconut flour, coconut, chocolate chips and baking powder.
  3.  In another bowl, mix the coconut oil , egg whites and vanilla.  Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until you obtain a paste.
  4.  Spoon batter into mini-muffin pans 
  5.  Bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes then let it cool down
