Chocolate Protein Boulders
For dessert or as a snack, these little protein boulders are perfect for chocolate cravings! Guilt free!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of almond flour
- 1 scoop of Believe Transparent Isolate unflavored Protein
- 2 servings (6g) of Believe Chocolate Fudge flavor
- 65 ml 70% dark chocolate chips
- 15 ml of Cocoa
- 1.25 ml baking powder
- 125 ml Nutiva Organic Coconut oil with butter flavor
- 125 ml Maple Walnut Pancakes Walden Farm Sugar Free Syrup
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a baking sheet with coconut oil.
- In the microwave, melt the coconut oil and mix with the Walden Farm Syrup in a bowl
- Add the almond flour, protein, chocolate fudge flavor, cocoa, chocolate chips and baking powder
- Form 5 rocks on the baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
