Balanced Pineapple Mango Protein Chia Pudding 

Start your day with this perfectly balanced protein Chia pudding.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1.  Put the protein, water and flavor in a shaker and shake well.
  2. Stir the Chia into the shaker.
  3. Mix well, shaking vigorously to prevent the chia seeds from being are clumping together at the bottom of the pot.
  4. Let stand for 40 minutes (or overnight), shaking occasionally while stirring.
  5. Once the chia pudding is ready, divide it into a Mason bowl or jar.
  6. Add the pineapples and mangoes.
  7. It's ready to go!
