Protein Bars Kinder-Bueno
A healthy version of a Kinder Bueno bar. The best of both worlds!!!!
INGREDIENTS:
Base :
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1⁄2 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated Swerve sugar
- 1⁄4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup of Walden Farm Sugar-Free syrup
- 3 tablespoons cashew milk
2nd layer:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons Walden Farm syrup
- 1 scoop of Protein Osmo Pharma Whey Recharge Peanut Butter Cookie
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of granulated Swerve sugar
3rd layer:
- 1⁄2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Optional: chopped hazelnuts
STEPS
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients to make the base, then place in a square pan;
- In another bowl, mix all the ingredients for the second layer, then place the mixture on the base in the mould;
- Put the mixture in the freezer for 30 to 40 minutes;
- Melt chocolate chips, then add on top of the mixture;
- Return mixture to freezer for 30-40 minutes
- Cut the bars into 10 portions
- Serve and enjoy
