Maple Protein Apple Crumble
This Protein Apple Crumble is the Perfect recipe for those with a sweet tooth who want to maintain their protein intake.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 apples
- 1⁄4 cup of Swerve Sugar Free Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ofcinnamon
- Juice of one lemon
- 1⁄4 cup of granola
- 1⁄4 cup of Swerve Sugar Free Brown Sugar
- 1⁄4 cup of almond flour
- 1⁄4 cup ofNutiva Melted Coconut Oil Butter flavor
- 1 scoop of Osmo Pharma Whey Recharge protein (Maple)
STEPS
- Preheat oven to 350f, then butter a square pan;
- In a bowl, combine ingredients for filling; chopped apples, Swerve, maple syrup, cinnamon and lemon juice. Spread mixture into pan;
- In a bowl, combine ingredients for the crumble; granola, Swerve, almond flour, coconut oil and protein;
- Then cover apples with crisp;
- Bake for 45 minutes or until crisp is golden and apples are cooked through;
- Let cool for 1 hour before serving.
