Double-Chocolate Protein Bread

Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Gluten free flour
- 1 scoop of Limitless Pharma Double Chocolate Isolate protein
- 1 serving (3g) of Chocolat Fudge Flavor from Believe
- 1/2 cup of 70% dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of Cacao powder from Raw Nutritional
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of Nutiva coconut oil with Butter Flavor
- 1 tablespoon of Vanilla
- ½ teaspoon of Arrow-root starch tea or baking powder
- ½ cup of Erythritol or maple syrup
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a loaf pan with coconut oil or pam.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, protein, chocolate fudge flavor, baking powder and cocoa and set aside.à
- In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, coconut oil, erythritol, egg, vanilla and 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.
- Spread the batter in the pan and add the remaining chocolate chips on top of the mixture.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
- Let cool before unmolding and slice.
