Protein Choco Banana Bread

Banana bread with a layer of chocolate, that's a yes!

INGREDIENTS

ÉTAPES

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter a loaf pan with coconut oil or pam.
  • In a bowl, mix the two kinds of flour, the protein and the baking powder, then set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, Erythritol, lemon juice, egg, vanilla and 1/4 cup of the chocolate chips.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
  • Take 1/3 cup of the mixture and place in another bowl. Add the cocoa and  Banana Chocolate flavor, then mix.
  • Spread the batter in the pan, then add the chocolate mixture on top. Add the remaining chocolate chips to the top of the mixture.
  • Bake for 40 minutes
  • Let cool before unmolding and slice.
