Protein Choco Banana Bread
Banana bread with a layer of chocolate, that's a yes!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 ripe Bananas
- 1 cup of Almond flour
- 2 scoops of Believe Transparent Isolate protein Unflavored
- 1/3 cup of Nutiva Coconuit oil with butter Flavor
- 1/3 cup of Erythritol
- 1/3 fresh lemon juice or 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of Vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of coconut Flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powderr
- 1⁄2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of Cocoa powder
- 1⁄2 scoop of Banana Chocolate Flavor from Believe
ÉTAPES
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter a loaf pan with coconut oil or pam.
- In a bowl, mix the two kinds of flour, the protein and the baking powder, then set aside.
- In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, Erythritol, lemon juice, egg, vanilla and 1/4 cup of the chocolate chips.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Take 1/3 cup of the mixture and place in another bowl. Add the cocoa and Banana Chocolate flavor, then mix.
- Spread the batter in the pan, then add the chocolate mixture on top. Add the remaining chocolate chips to the top of the mixture.
- Bake for 40 minutes
- Let cool before unmolding and slice.
