Caramel Bacon Protein Mini Muffins
Bacon? Did you say BACON? Here's how to impress your friends at the next brunch with mini muffins.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons of melted Nutiva Butter Flavor Coconut oil
- 2 scoops of Believe Transparent Isolate unflavored protein
- 1/4 cup of Erythritol or Swerve
- 1 cup of gluten-Free oats
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 2 servings (6g) of Believe Caramel Sundae flavor
- 4 slices of pre-cooked bacon cut into pieces
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter a mini muffin pan with coconut oil or pam.
- In a bowl, mix the egg, banana, coconut oil, almond butter and Swerve
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, protein, caramel flavor and bacon bits.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.
- Spread the mixture in the muffin pan and place in the oven.
- Bake for 10 to 13 minutes.
