Banana Nuts Maple Protein Muffins
These delicious Banana nuts Maple Muffins will change your opinion of a Vegan Protein Powder.
Dry ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Maple Vanilla vegan pro (Raw Nutritional)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unbleached flour
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 5ml of baking powder
Wet ingredients
- 2 Ripe and mashed bananas
- 2 eggs or 2 flax eggs (2 tablespoons ground flax seeds + 5 tablespoons water, let stand for 10 min)
- 1/3 cup of Nutiva coconut Oil with butter flavor
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of milk (cow, almond or cashew)
Steps Recipe
- Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Set aside
- In a medium bowl, mix all wet ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour liquid batter into dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Add the chopped nuts to the mixture.
- Divide the mixture into 12 or 6 muffins.
- Bake for 30 minutes. (- for small muffins and + for large muffins) or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Let sit 15 minutes before devouring.
