No-bake cookie dough protein bars
Simple, quick and no-bake recipe to satisfy cookie dough cravings!
- 1 cup of Almond flour
- 1 scoop of Osmo Pharma Whey Recharge Peanut Butter cookie flavor
- 1/3 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablesppon of Swerve
- 1⁄2 cup of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of Nutiva Coconut oil with Butter flavor
- 1⁄4 cup Walden Farm syrup
- 1⁄4 cup of almond milk (or other)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the flour, protein and chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut oil, syrup, milk, vanilla and Swerve
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, then mix.
- Put the mixture in a bread pan, then place in the freezer for 2 hours before cutting into 8 pieces.
- Keep in the freezer, then put the bar in the microwave for 8 to 10 seconds before eating.
